These Sports Performance packages are geared toward increasing athleticism. Increased athleticism & significant growth comes from detailed evaluation, custom intervention, corrective exercise, encouragement, & fun all instilled through our certified specialized youth & sports trainer. These training sessions usually involve more than one athlete at a time to promote competition and camaraderie.

Adult Strength & Conditioning Training

Proper fundamentals and foundational movements are taught and practiced in every session. We put a premium on corrective exercise and injury prevention as youngsters’ bodies are still developing. Team-building skills are developed as each session is full of constant encouragement, fun, and professional instruction. Kids will learn a lot in a short time and learn to respect the gym, & their team members, as they develop new skills.
