Proper fundamentals and foundational movements are taught and practiced in every session. We put a premium on corrective exercise and injury prevention as youngsters’ bodies are still developing. Team-building skills are developed as each session is full of constant encouragement, fun, and professional instruction. Kids will learn a lot in a short time and learn to respect the gym, & their team members, as they develop new skills.
My ten year old son started with Lance two years ago. He is my gamer child who doesn’t care much for physical activity. I brought him to Lance and it was amazing how quickly his attitude about working out changed. He loves it now and goes twice a week for group training.
